I have not received my purchase in a private transaction

If you have purchased an item in a private transaction but haven’t received it, unfortunately, we’re unable to reverse the transfer. In this case, we recommend that you first try reaching out to the person you traded with and request a refund. If you’ve already tried contacting them without success, and you suspect fraud, you should report the matter to the police. It can also be helpful to let the person know that you will file a police report if you don’t receive the item or your money back. Sometimes, this kind of warning helps underline the seriousness of the situation and can encourage the other party to cooperate.
