Fraud during phone calls

How fraud during phone calls work:

• First and foremost: Be extra cautious when you receive a call from an unknown number.
• Scammers often pose as being from the police, your bank, or MobilePay. Some scammers are so skilled that the name that appears on your phone is that of the person the scammer claims to be.
• Scammers often claim that someone is trying to take out a loan in your name and that you therefore need to transfer money to a "safe" account to protect your savings.
