Someone else has used my card

If you believe that your payment card has been misused to make a MobilePay transfer or payment, you should block your payment card. This applies, for example, if there is a transaction in your bank account statement that was made via MobilePay, but which you cannot find under “Activities” in your app.

Often, you can block your card yourself through your online banking. If not, you should contact your bank.

Remember to also file a dispute with your bank if card misuse has occurred.
