Introduction

With our customer-centric Nordic operating model, Vipps MobilePay AS, headquartered in Norway, operates across four countries:

Scope of the accessibility assessment

This report and conformance declaration covers the digital solutions provided by Vipps MobilePay, including our mobile applications, web portals, websites, and other digital interfaces. Accessibility assessments have been conducted using a combination of manual evaluations, self-assessments, and automated testing tools.

Conformance declaration

Our overall level of accessibility conformance is satisfactory, with only a limited number of identified limitations. The 2026 accessibility assessment identified only minor findings, which will be addressed through a risk-based prioritisation approach to ensure that improvements are implemented systematically and effectively.
