What happens when my child turns 15?

When your child turns 15, they can upgrade to a full MobilePay profile without parental controls, provided they have their own MitID, which is used to verify the profile.

Some features, such as recurring payments, are still unavailable to users under 18.

How to upgrade the profile

1. Your child goes their profile in the app and selects ‘Upgrade your MobilePay profile’
2. Follow the steps in the app and complete the bank verification.
3. Under ‘Accounts and cards’ on their profile, they can add a payment card. This makes it possible to shop online with businesses that accept card payments through MobilePay.
