My child has forgotten their personal code. What should I do?

If your child has forgotten their personal MobilePay code, you can easily create a new one:

1. Ask your child to tap ‘Forgot code’ in their MobilePay app.
2. One of the parents should open their own MobilePay app, go to their profile and tap the child’s name. The activation code will appear at the top of the screen.
3. The child enters the activation code on their own phone and then creates a new 4-digit code.
