Why can’t my child send money in MobilePay?

All parents must give their consent before the child can send money to other people.

To do this, go to your profile in your own MobilePay app, select your child’s name and enable the setting that allows the child to send money to others.

Also make sure there are sufficient funds in the balance to complete the transfer.
