Where does the money come from when my child pays with MobilePay?

MobilePay under 15 is based on the MobilePay balance.

Children can only pay using the funds available in their MobilePay balance. All incoming payments are added to the balance, and the money can be transferred to the child’s bank account at any time.

Once the child turns 13, parents can allow them to add a payment card. The child can then choose whether a payment should be taken from their MobilePay balance or from the card.

All payments made by the child are carried out using a payment instrument issued by Vipps MobilePay in its role as payment service provider.
