How do I invite users to the business portal?

If you are an administrator and would like invite a new users to your business, that can be administered under 'User Access'.

  1. Log in to the business portal
  2. Go to 'User access' in the left menu
  3. Tap 'Add user' on the top right
  4. Once you click the button, you'll see several options for inviting users
  5. Select the access level
  6. Select what sales unit the user should have access to

The invited user gets immediate access and receives an email with instructions on how to log in.
