How do I invite users to the business portal?
If you are an administrator and would like invite a new users to your business, that can be administered under 'User Access'.
- Log in to the business portal
- Go to 'User access' in the left menu
- Tap 'Add user' on the top right
- Once you click the button, you'll see several options for inviting users
- Select the access level
- Select what sales unit the user should have access to
The invited user gets immediate access and receives an email with instructions on how to log in.
