How do I edit a user's permissions in the business portal?
Under 'User Access', you’ll see each user’s account type, role, permissions, and which sales units they have access to. This can be used to verify that everything looks correct, and that all your users are secured with the correct account types.
Here’s how you update permissions:
- Log in to the business portal
- Go to 'User Access' in the left menu
- Find the user you want to edit and tap the three dots
- Choose whether you want to edit the user’s role and permissions, or their sales unit access
- Any changes you make will take effect immediately
