Different user roles and permissions in the business portal
You can create users in the business portal with three different role types:
- Administrator: Can view and edit all information, invite new users, update company details, edit settlement accounts and sales units, manage transactions, make refunds, send payment requests, and access and manage API settings.
- Sales Unit Manager: Can edit sales units, view transactions, download reports, and send payment requests for the sales units they have access to.
- Assistant: Can view information about sales units and transactions, and send payment requests.
In addition to this, specific permissions can be granted to the Sales unit manager and assistant role:
Transaction Management: Can cancel, charge, refund, and request money for the sales units they have access to.
Developer: Can retrieve API keys, create SFTP users, and set up Vipps MobilePay log in at existing sales nits used for online shopping.
