Log in to the Business Portal

The Vipps MobilePay Business portal supports three main ways of logging in.

Electronic ID (BankID)

We support electronic ID (eID) from the following countries:

• Norway
• Sweden
• Finland
• Denmark

Single Sign On (SSO)

If SSO is setup by your business you can login with the same credentials as you would normally use with your work credentials. It is very easy and secure!

Email and password

This option is only available if you previously had an email and password account in the old MobilePay solution. If you're forgotten your password, simply click the "Forgotten your password" button and follow the instructions. Please note that email and password users have some limitations:

• You cannot be invited to other businesses
• You cannot order new products
• You cannot create new business agreement

For security and compliance reasons, we require all email and password users to create a verified account to continue using the portal. To do this:

1. Click your name in the top right corner
2. From the drop-down menu, select "Profile"
3. Click the "Create a verified account" button and follow the instructions
4. Make sure to remove your old email and password access when prompted
