Can I tap with my payment card?

If you have a BankAxept card from Sparebank 1 (including BN Bank), DNB (including Sbanken) or one of the Eika banks, you can tap with Vipps. This applies to about 7 out of 10 bank customers in Norway.

There are some banks that do not support tapping with Vipps yet, such as Nordea, Handelsbanken, and Storebrand.

Before summer this year, you will also be able to tap with Vipps via Visa and Mastercard, meaning you can use Vipps all over the world.
