Why doesn’t tapping with Vipps work in my terminal?

You need a terminal that accepts NFC payments and an agreement with BankAxept. If you have both of these in place and it still doesn’t work, contact your terminal provider so they can investigate.

At the moment, you cannot tap with Vipps on Zettle or SumUp terminals, as these do not have an agreement with BankAxept.
