Why do I need a receiving card?

To receive money from someone in Norway, Sweden or Denmark, you need to choose a ‘receiving card’ in your app. The same goes for the receiver, so if you want to send money to someone in Norway, Sweden or Denmark, they must choose a ‘receiving card’ in their app.

To change your receiving card:

1. Select 'Me'
2. Select 'Accounts and cards'
3. If you have not added this card to MobilePay, make sure to add it first.
4. Select the card you want to use as a receiving card
5. Select Receiving card
6. Confirm the receiving card
