Is there an issue when adding a Nordea Mastercard?
There is currently a disruption with Nordea's Mastercard Debit cards, which means you cannot add a renewed card if the old one is still in the app.
The old card must be removed before adding a new one. If you only have one card in the app, you cannot delete it yourself. In such cases, please contact our customer service via chat or by phone at 030 644 7020 (pvm/mpm), Mon–Fri 9:00–16:00.
Not all Nordea Mastercard cards can be selected to receive international payments. However, added cards will function normally for domestic payments despite the error message.
This issue is known to Nordea, and they are investigating it. There is currently no exact timeline for a fix.
