Why can’t I update MobilePay on my Android phone?

Some Android phones run an older 32-bit version of Android, while newer apps require 64-bit Android. Phones running 32-bit Android therefore cannot install or update to the latest versions of MobilePay. If you cannot update MobilePay to a version newer than 10.9.0 in Google Play, this is likely the reason.
