Supported operating systems

MobilePay supports the operating systems iOS 16, Android 6 or later versions. If you have an older version of the operating system than this, you should update the phones operating system.

MobilePay wll still work on iOS 15, but we strongly recommend updating to a newer version. We have some exciting updates coming soon, and to make sure you can enjoy them, you will need at least iOS 16 on your phone. In the future, MobilePay will stop working on iOS 15.

If your phone is too old to update to an operating system version MobilePay requires, you unfortunately cannot use MobilePay on your device.
