Where do I receive the money that is sent to me?
Click on the payment in your app, to see where the money has been sent.
You will receive all payments to your recipient account, except for payments sent from users in Denmark, Norway or Sweden. These payments will be sent to your receiving card.
How to change your receiving account:
- Select 'Me'
- Select 'Accounts and cards'
- Select the account you want to set as the receiving account
- Select receiving account
- Confirm which account you want to receive money to
To change receiving card:
- Select 'Me'
- Select 'Accounts and cards'
- Select the card you want to set as the receicing card
- Select receiving card
- Confirm which card you want to receive money in
You can’t receive money on a credit card.
