Where do I receive the money that is sent to me?

Tap the payment in your app to see where the money was sent.

All payments will be transferred to your receiving account or MobilePay balance, except for payments sent from users in Denmark, Norway, or Sweden. These payments will be sent to your receiving card.

How to change your receiving account:

1. Select 'Me'
2. Select 'Accounts and cards'
3. Select the account you want to set as the receiving account
4. Select receiving account
5. Confirm which account you want to receive money to

How to edit your MobilePay Balance receiving settings:

1. Select 'Me'
2. Select 'Accounts and cards'
3. Select 'MobilePay Saldo'
4. Edit the ‘Use for receiving money’ setting

To change receiving card:

1. Select 'Me
2. Select 'Accounts and cards'
3. Select the card you want to set as the receicing card
4. Select receiving card
5. Confirm which card you want to receive money in

You can’t receive money on a credit card.
