I am not able to send money to another person

There can be several reasons to why you are not able to send money with MobilePay. Here's the most common reasons:

  • You're trying to send from a card that's expired or blocked
  • You're sending from an account that's been blocked
  • There's not enough balance on the account
  • You've reached your account's amount limit. This limit has to be changed in the online banking.

The error message you receive should say something about why you are not able to send money💡
