Can I transfer money to my MobilePay balance from my online bank?

You can't top up your balance through online banking, but you can easily add money to your balance in the MobilePay app using either a debit card or from your bank account. Transferring money from a bank account to your MobilePay balance is only possible for users who have account payments activated.
