Can I receive money to my MobilePay balance?

Sure thing. You can set up a MobilePay balance for receiving money right in the app's settings. Just tap on the Wallet from the home screen, choose MobilePay balance and hit the three dots at the top right, and dive into settings. Choose 'Use for receiving money'.
