Can everyone use MobilePay balance?

Yes, MobilePay Balance is available to all users. In the youngster version of the app available to 7-14-year-olds balance is the only way of sending and receiving money in MobilePay. Youngsters can also pay from their balance to MobilePay numbers and in commuter traffic apps.
