I tried to send money to my friend, but something went wrong and now MobilePay says that it’s locked. What’s going on?

When a payment has not been fully authorised or the transaction has been interrupted, for example if the user closes the bank application or browser during the payment flow, the user will be locked for a few minutes for security reasons. This should not take too long, we recommend closing the app and check in after a few minutes.
