My child has forgotten their personal code, what do I do? (beta)

If your child has forgotten their personal code in MobilePay, you can easily create a new code:

  1. Ask your child to press 'Forgot code' in their MobilePay app.
  2. One of the guardians must go to 'Me' in their own MobilePay and tap on the child's name. At the very top of the screen, you will see the activation code.
  3. The child enters the activation code on their own phone and then creates a new 4-digit code.
