Can children under 15 send messages in MobilePay? (beta)

Yes, they can. They can attach a message when sending money in MobilePay, send a thank you for a gift, or add a description when requesting money 💸

With a child profile in MobilePay, parents are in control. You can easily review your child's entire payment and message history in MobilePay:

Go to 'Me'

Go to ‘Kids’

Choose your child's name

Select 'View your child's chat and transactions'

Other MobilePay-users need to know the child’s phone number in order to send money and messages to the child.

If there is someone you or your child does not want to be in contact with, you can easily block them via your child's app under ‘Me’ -> Personal information -> Block users.
