When adding my child’s bank information, the app redirected me to my online bank to make a transfer. Why, and how do I get my money back?

Ownership of the account you added was verified through the account payment you made in MobilePay. The one cent you transferred from your child’s account has been credited to your MobilePay balance. You can see your balance on the app’s home screen. You can transfer the cent to your own bank account by selecting Transfer.
