How can I deactivate my sales unit?

You can easily deactivate your sales unit in the business portal.

Here’s how you do it:

1. Log in to the business portal
2. Click on your sales unit on the menu on the left
3. Next to ‘Active’, click ‘Edit’ and confirm that you want to deactivate.
4. Once deactivated, you won’t be able to receive payments. Your sales unit will be hidden from search, and the QR codes will be deactivated.
5. Whenever you want to use your sales unit again, you can just reactivate it in the same place.
