Can I change the name of my sales unit?

Yes, you can easily change the name of your sales unit in the business portal. Here’s how:

1. Log in to the business portal and select the sales unit from the menu on the left
2. Go to the ‘Settings’ tab
3. Click ‘Edit’ next to ‘What your business looks like in MobilePay’
4. Give your sales unit a descriptive name, so it’s easy for your customers to find you.
5. Click ‘Save changes’

While you can change the sales unit’s name, we also display your official business name (retrieved from the PRH) in the MobilePay app. This ensures customers know exactly who they’re paying. It’s not possible to edit or remove the displayed business name.
