How do I change the settlement account on my sales unit?
If you have a new account number, or just want to change your settlement account, you can do this in the business portal:
- Only administrators can change the settlement account for a sales unit in the business portal
- Click on the sales unit in the menu on the left
- Click ‘Edit’ in the settlement tab
- Enter your new account number and click ‘Save’
Remember! You can only use an account number that’s connected to your company’s organization number.
If we can’t automatically verify your account, you will need to make a penny transfer. Simply send 1 Euro from your company account (the one you’ve added in the business portal) to our account. We will send the money right back, and as soon as we confirm the account belongs to your company, you’re all set! You can find detailed instructions in the business portal. If we still can’t confirm your account, we’ll contact you with the next steps.
