My child has forgotten their personal code

To create a new PIN code in Vipps, the child must retrieve a 6-digit activation code from one of their parents.

1. Ask the child to tap 'Forgot code' in their Vipps. One of the parents must select the Profile icon in the top right corner in their own Vipps and tap the child's name. Now you will see the activation code at the top.
2. Ask your child to enter the code in their Vipps. Your child can now create a new 4-digit code.
