My child cannot see account balance in Vipps

  • The child's bank must support balance viewing in Vipps. All banks support this except for Nordea and Næringsbanken.
  • You need to allow your child to see balance in Vipps. To do this, tap ‘Me’ in your own Vipps app, select your child’s name, and tick the box that lets them see account balance in Vipps.
  • If you have enabled that your child should be able to see their account balance and the bank supports this feature, but it still isn’t working, please contact your bank. Here's a simple checklist you can run through with the bank.
