My child cannot send money in Vipps
You need to allow the child to send money in Vipps. To do this, tap 'Me' in your own Vipps, select your child's name, and tick the box that let them to Vipps others. If your child still can't send money, please contact your bank. Here's a simple checklist you can run through with the bank:
- The child must be the primary owner of the account
- The child must be the user of the online banking agreement linked to the account
- The child's account must be a deposit or credit account
- The account cannot have a lock-in period
- The account must be flagged as "Allows debit" on the self-service agreement
- The account must not be "blocked". This is related to point 2 regarding restricted access to the online banking agreement.
