Common connection issues and solutions

If you’re having trouble connecting, check the following:

• One device at a time: The printer can only connect to one phone or tablet at a time.
• Range: Make sure you’re within range. Indoors (with walls), Bluetooth typically works best within 5–15 meters.
• Bluetooth settings: Check that Bluetooth is enabled in your device’s settings.

Tip: If you still can’t connect, try restarting both your printer and your device.
