I tried to open MobilePay for my child, but it fails every time. What is wrong? (beta)
The launched youngster MobilePay is a beta version, and some failed onboardings can’t be avoided. We’re working hard on getting everything working smoothly. These might help you:
- The account is active, meaning that it has a history of outgoing transfers to a different Finnish bank.
- Make sure you have typed in the right account number for the child and that the child is the owner of the account.
