Why do I need a receiving card?

To receive money from someone in Norway, Sweden or Finland, you need to choose a receiving card in your app. The same goes for the receiver, so if you want to send money to someone in Norway, Sweden or Finland, they must choose a receiving card in their app.

To change or select a receiving card:

1. Select 'Me'
2. Select 'Accounts and cards'
3. If you have not added this card to MobilePay, make sure to add it first
4. Select the card you want to use as a receiving card
5. Select 'Receiving card'
6. Confirm the receiving card
