I'm not able to add my card. Why not?
There can be several reasons why you can't add your card to MobilePay. Here we have collected the most common ones:
- Make sure your card is open for online purchases. You need to check this in your online bank or contact your bank.
- Your card needs to be activated. If you have a new card, remember to use it at least once at a payment terminal, or activate it in your online bank.
- You can only add cards that belongs to you.
