How do I change payment account or card on a payment agreement?
How to change payment card on a subscription:
- Open your MobilePay app and select ‘Me’
- Select ’Payment agreements’
- Select the payment agreement where you want to change the account or card
- Click ’Manage agreement’
- Select 'Change' next to the account or card you have already registered
- Choose an account or a card and confirm the change
