How do I stop a payment agreement in MobilePay?

How to stop a payment agreement:

1. Open your MobilePay app and select ‘Me’
2. Select ‘Payment agreements’
3. Select the payment agreement you want to cancel and click ’Manage agreement’
4. Select ’Stop agreement’ and confirm the cancellation

Please be aware that cancelling a recurring payment agreement in the app only means that you will no longer use MobilePay to pay for the specific agreement. If you want to terminate the actual agreement – and not just the payment – you need to contact the company, you have the agreement with.
