Why do I need to choose a receiver card?

To receive money from someone in Denmark, Sweden, or Finland, you need to have selected a 'receiver card' in Vipps. This is the card you receive money to when someone sends you money.

The same applies to the recipient, so if you want to send money to someone in Denmark, Sweden or Finland, the recipient must also have selected a 'receiver card'.

If you haven’t selected a receiver card:

1. Tap 'Me'
2. Tap 'Accounts and cards'
3. Select one of your cards and turn on 'Receiver card'
4. Tap 'Done' and you’re ready!
