Why am I receiving eFaktura in Vipps?
If you receive an eFaktura in Vipps, it's because you have agreed to it in Vipps. You can accept or decline this in your profile, and you can turn on or off the option to pay eFaktura with Vipps.
How to change eFaktura settings in your app:
- Tap ‘Me’
- Tap ‘eFaktura’
- By toggling on/off ‘See eFaktura in Vipps too’ you choose if you want to see all your eFaktura in Vipps or not
- When ‘Receive eFaktura from businesses’ is turned on, you say yes to receive eFaktura, both in Vipps and your bank, from all businesses that send bills as eFaktura
