Who can create and sign the agreement?

Everyone associated with the company can create the agreement, but the agreement must be signed by someone that is registered with signing authority on behalf of the company according to the Brønnøysund register. If you don't have this, you can select 'Ask someone else to sign' and forward the link to the person with signing rights.

Who can sign the agreement?

• All individuals who are registered with signing authority in the Brønnøysund register can sign.
• We do not have a solution for joint signatures, so it is sufficient that one of you with signing authorities' signs.
