Where do I receive the money that is sent to me?

Click on the payment in your app, to see where the money has been sent. Where you receive the money depends on whether the sender has sent money from an account or card.

• When the sender sends money from the account, you will receive the money in your receiving account.
• When the sender sends money from their card and you have selected a receiving card, you will receive the money on your receiving card.

How to change your receiving account:

1. Select 'Me'
2. Select 'Accounts and cards'
3. Select the account you want to set as the receiving account
4. Select receiving account
5. Confirm which account you want to receive money to

To change receiving card:

1. Select 'Me'
2. Select 'Accounts and cards'
3. Select the card you want to set as the receicing card
4. Select receiving card
5. Confirm which card you want to receive money in

You can’t receive money on a credit card.
