How do I update information about my business?

In the business portal, you can update the information about your business. This is information that we are obliged to know. Because of this, we’ll sometimes ask you to review this information.

Only Administrators can update and confirm business information. Simply log in to the business portal and select Business profile from the menu on the left to update your details.

Update beneficial owners

We're obliged by law to know which private individuals own and control the business (beneficial owners). A beneficial owner is someone who directly or indirectly owns more than 25% of the business, controls more than 25% of the votes in the business, or otherwise controls the business. We're also obliged to keep this information up to date, which is why we sometimes have to ask you to update or confirm it.

We obtain information about beneficial owners from public registries. If any beneficial owners are missing, you can add them manually by selecting Edit and then Add new.

Update what the business sells

Review the list of your sales units and change if the description don't fit. Choose the category that best describes what the sales unit sells (it might be different from what the overall business offers).
