Is Shopping assistant information shared with the AI provider, PriceRunner, businesses or other third parties?

Shopping assistant uses AI technology developed by OpenAI, but Microsoft runs it for Vipps MobilePay in a dedicated setup in Europe. Microsoft processes your messages only to generate replies.
