I'm not able to add my card

There can be several reasons why you can't add your card to Vipps. Here we have collected the most common ones:

  • Make sure your card is open for online purchases. You need to check this in your online bank.
  • Your card needs to be activated. If you have a new card, remember to use it at least once at a payment terminal, or activate it in your online bank.
  • You can only add cards that belongs to you.
  • You can only add norwegian cards
