Can all children pay to Vipps numbers?

On our side, all children between the ages of 6 and 15 can pay to Vipps numbers, but there are some limitations from the banks. The child must have a BankAxept card linked to their account, and the bank must support BankAxept payments for children under 15.

Additionally, both parents must enable the payment feature in their own Vipps app.
