Why do I need to choose a receiver card?

To receive money from someone in Norway, Sweden, or Denmark, you need to have selected a “receiver card” in your app, so you choose which card – and account - the money lands on.

The same applies to the recipient, so if you want to send money to someone in Norway, Sweden or Denmark, the recipient must also have selected a “receiver card”.

If you haven’t selected a receiver card:

1. Select 'Me'
2. Select 'Accounts and cards'
3. Select one of your cards and turn on 'Receiver card'
4. Select 'Done' and you’re ready!
