Can I receive payments from customers in other countries?

Yes! If you have a MobilePay number, Checkout, Mobile Point-of-Sale or another direct integrated solution from us.

It already works by itself – you don’t need to do anything. However, we recommend that you update your payment branding, so it becomes even easier for potential customers from Denmark and Norway to understand that they can pay with MobilePay or Vipps(our sister app). In Sweden we are also called Vipps 😊

If you have MobilePay through a PSP (payment service provider, such as Adyen, Nets or Bambora), you may need to be a little patient. Contact your payment provider to find out when they plan to offer MobilePay payments from abroad.
