Why did I receive less than what I sold for?

We deduct our fee from your sales before we pay out the amount to your account – that’s why the payout is a bit lower than your total sales. In the business portal, you can download reports that show exactly how much you sold for, how much you’ve paid in fees and the amount we’ve transferred to your account.
